what: 
* mindfulness
* concentration: breathing  
* alignment

when: 
every morning, every night; 
every light, every flight 

why?
To recover power from the things we otherwise avoid.
To know, when you think, how you feel. 

Just... 
Remember to take it with you -- into your life.
